Excellent service from James from SB. We required converting two phone lines into one line due no requirement for dial up broadband etc on 2nd line. This with minimal disruption and rewiring to house.
A number of extensions had been allocated to different lines in the initial house wiring. James was excellent in his approach to the challenge, and was able to sort a more robust way of running the various devices in the house without any interference.

My PC had been operating increasingly noisily and slowly so I contacted James at ServiceByte; my immediate impression via email and telephone was of a professional person that was interested in resolving my issues. He listened to all I had to say. Having met James and now seeing the result of his excellent work (on my PC’s hard drive) my first impressions are confirmed.
James also listened to my concerns re PC back-up needs and has supplied me with a neat device that is simple yet totally effective and reliable. I contacted servicebyte on a quote basis and upon hearing the extremely fair rate he’d repair my laptop for (I’d been quoted three times as much by some places) I decided to go with him. James arrived on time and was very friendly, he explained what he would do and whisked my laptop to his workshop, there was another issue with my laptop which delayed the repair slightly, but this was all covered in a phone call, and I had it returned to me as quickly as possible. He didn’t even charge me for the extra work! I will use servicebyte as my first port of call for any PC issues I get, and I highly recommend them!
