There are a lot of benefits to using remote support functionality, firstly you don’t have to wait in for someone, secondly it can be done near enough straight away and thirdly it allows you to show a technician easily what the problem is.
But be aware, caution is always required when taking up remote support. You need to make sure you verify who the company is and be 100% confident that your happy with the remote session to go ahead.
