Our new shop opens this Saturday

ServiceByte has been running now for approximately 7 years and in that time we have completed numerous home and site visits for both home and business users. We love giving individuals the ability to choose a time that suits them and have a visit either at their home or business which means no lugging about of equipment.

We have always been based along the Cliff Villages of Lincoln and after numerous discussions with customers it was apparent there was a real lack of a shop where computer items could be bought without the need to travel into Lincoln, which we all know can be a nightmare at the best of time with traffic!

So about three months ago we went on the hunt for an ideal location we could base ourselves, so those customers who chose or wanted to could come to us. This means we will be able to reduce waiting times for an appointment for customers and also provide the ability for people to buy items such as phone cases, broadband routers, headphones, computer accessories and more without the need to travel into town!

Even with our shop, we will still be offering home and site visits as well. The shop just allows us to broaden our offering and provide even more support to all our existing customers and also new customers.

This Saturday at 9am we will open the doors to our new shop – we will be running a competition whereby everyone who visits us over the weekend both Saturday and Sunday will be entered into a raffle to win a Christmas Hamper. We hope to see lots of you there!

Please note that opening times will differ weekly due to home and business visits but we will update our Facebook, website, twitter and anything else with the times for each week!
